At IDC Cayman we treat your personal information with the same care we bring to every diamond we sell. This policy explains what we collect when you enquire, visit us or make a purchase, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our George Town boutique and to our website. The Information We Collect

When you contact us, make an enquiry, request a showroom visit, visit us or buy a piece, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, the country you are travelling from, and the details of your enquiry or order. If you purchase from us, we keep a record of the piece, its accompanying GIA certificate and the documentation needed to support a future valuation, repair or warranty claim.

We do not store full payment-card numbers. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we receive only confirmation that a transaction has been completed.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to respond to your enquiries, arrange deliveries, fulfil and service your orders, and, where you have given your consent, to keep you informed about new collections, private events and news from IDC Cayman. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.
